Everyone gets bored of their typical workout routine, but we recently heard of a hot new upside-down yoga trend that has Hollywood in a toned-up tizz. AntiGravity yoga is the newest exercise fusion that combines yoga and acrobatics to work the abdominals, balance the body, and release spinal tension.
